The design and innovation in our products are unique to 67 Designs and are protected by patents and trademarks issued by the United States Patent & Trademark Office and authorities in other countries. Our legal team actively protects our intellectual property rights and will enforce them when necessary. 67 Designs’ products may be covered by one or more issued or pending patents and trademark (including trade dress).
Patent Ownership and Licensing
The patents used by 67 Designs, LLC are owned by its affiliates Wild West Investments, LLC, Yonder Fund, LLC and are exclusively licensed to 67 Designs, LLC. Herein, 67 Designs, LLC, Wild West Investments, LLC and Yonder Fund, LLC are collectively referred to as "67 Designs."
Trademark Ownership and Licensing
The trademarks used by 67 Designs, LLC are owned by its affiliates Wild West Investments, LLC, Yonder Fund, LLC and are exclusively licensed to 67 Designs, LLC. Herein, 67 Designs, LLC, Wild West Investments, LLC, and Yonder Fund, LLC are collectively referred to as "67 Designs." A trademark is any word, name, symbol, device, trade dress, phrase, or combination thereof, used to identify and distinguish the goods of one seller from those of others and to indicate the source, origin, or sponsorship of the goods.
Trademark Usage Guidelines
Proper Use of Trademarks
- Include the appropriate trademark symbol (® or ™) with the associated mark in the first prominent mention on marketing collateral and in the first mention in text copy.
- For product title series, include appropriate symbols with each name (e.g., Carbon Fiber Series®).
- Use ® for registered marks and ™ for unregistered marks.
- Trademarks should be used as adjectives, not as nouns or verbs.
- Capitalize the mark and use the appropriate trademark symbol and descriptor (e.g., DRAGON™ device mount).
- You may underline, italicize, use bold type, or put the mark in all caps.
Third-Party Usage
You may use 67 Designs trademarks to refer to our products provided you:
- Do not mislead consumers about 67 Designs sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
- Usage by prior written approval of 67 Designs.
- Remain truthful in all references.
- Do not disparage 67 Designs or seek to promote the qualities of other products at the expense of 67 Designs.
- Do not mislead the public and engage in any Deceptive Trade Practices.
Trademark Registration Status
Registered marks (indicated by ®) are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and may be registered in other countries and regions. Common law marks (indicated by ™), while unregistered, still maintain trademark rights. Not all common law marks used by 67 Designs are listed here, as we include only the most significant marks. The absence of a mark from this list does not constitute a waiver of 67 Designs’ trademark or other intellectual property rights.
Patent Rights Notice
67 Designs has invested substantially in research and design to create high-quality products. We are committed to protecting our innovations through patents to maintain market integrity and prevent unauthorized copies from entities that have not made similar investments in research and development.
In accordance with Section 287(a) of Title 35 of the United States Code, this serves as notice of Yonder Fund LLC's rights in the United States Patents listed on this site and associated with our products.

Pursuant to applicable intellectual property rights and registrations, the company maintains ownership and/or legal interest in certain trademarks, including but not limited to: (i) word marks; (ii) trade dress; and (iii) design marks (collectively, "Marks"), as more fully set forth below. Said Marks constitute protected intellectual property, whether registered, pending registration, or maintained as common law rights in all relevant jurisdictions wherein the company conducts business operations.
For the avoidance of doubt, such Marks encompass the entire spectrum of distinctive brand identifiers, including without limitation: verbal elements, visual presentations, packaging configurations, distinctive design features, and any combination thereof that serves to identify the source or origin of the company's goods and/or services in the marketplace.
